No Return or Exchange

All sales are final. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a verified defect.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must record a clear, unedited video while unboxing the package.

The video must show the package from all sides before opening, the opening process, and the defect clearly.

Without this video proof, no return or replacement will be accepted.

Once the video is reviewed and the defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Important Notes

The unboxing video must be made at the time of opening the parcel — videos made afterward will not be accepted.

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, size, or style are not accepted.
